When Do We Meet?

 

Sunday Mornings at 10 Am - Advance Class is a time for all ages to join in generational groups, such as Young Marrieds, Seniors, Youth and New Believers to gather in a teaching environment to learn more about Christ and His Kingdom. On Sunday mornings, believers gather in a teaching and worship environment to learn more about Christ and His Kingdom. .  A fast paced, unified worship gathering that is centered around praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  There will be singing, drama, video and preaching during this time.

 

Sunday Evening at 6:00 - With prayer beginning at 30 minutes prior to service, this always a powerful, life changing gathering.  

 

Wednesdays at 7:00 PM - Beginning with prayer at 6:30, our Wednesday Evening kicks off at 7:00.  This is a time in which our church pastors instruct believers about how to become a disciple of Christ.

 

Wednesdays at 7PM - Youth and children’s programming begins in the youth center and annex building, respectively.  We have tailored programming specifically to meet the age group of your children, teens, and college students.

Visiting a new place for the first time can be pretty intimidating.  What will it be like?  What time does it start?  What should I wear? What’s available for my kids?  We hope we can answer some of your questions and make your visit memorable.

 

What will a service be like?

 

The most friendly church you've ever attended. The people that make up Glenmora UPC come from all walks of life and faith - and they love their church! We promise you'll meet a smiling face and a new community that you can live out your faith with in real and relevant ways.

It will be the most passionate worship you've ever experienced.  The God of the Bible isn't deaf - but He's not dead either. He's a living, moving, passionate God, and we respond to Him in a vibrant and real way. You'll hear great music, and have the opportunity to participate as little or as much as you like - we won't push, but we won't hold back.

 

We seek to present the most fresh and creative presentation of the message of Jesus. 

If Jesus isn't dead, we don't think His church should be either. Every weekend, we're going to present the hope and help found in Jesus in the most creative and fresh ways we know - true to God's Word, but relevant to your life. This is how church should always be. If you feel lost, tired of running, or just need a change of pace in your life, meet your new direction.

 

What should I wear?

 

You will see some people dressed their “Sunday best.”  Others will be dressed very casually in “weekend attire.”  You are our guest!  Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable worshipping in.
